If you need to make changes, please contact us within 12 hours after placing your order. After this time, your order may already be processed and cannot be modified.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping to US & CA at this moment. If you are not sure about is your country available for free shipping, please contact us before ordering. Delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method. For US order, we shipped from New Jersey. For other countries, it will be shipped from China.

For US order, customer has 2 free shipping options: New Jersey warehouse or China warehouse. 

For CA order, free shipping from China warehouse. 

Delivery Time of US Order: free shipping from new jersey (about 4-5 business days); free shipping from China (about 10-12 business days).

Delivery Time of CA Order: free shipping from China (8-12 business days)

If chose shipped from new jersey, we use default USPS or OnTrac to ship out the nails within 24 hours after purchased from NJ warehouse (Monday to Friday).

If chose shipped from China, we have multiple options for shipping, you can see the shipping company from the tracking link that we sent to your email. For order placed on weekend, it may up to 48 hours to update the shipping status
