Shipping Policy

We aim to process and deliver every order with care and efficiency. Please review the details below to understand how and when your order will be shipped.

Shipping 

For US order, we use default USPS or OnTrac to ship out the nails within 24 hours after purchased from NJ warehouse (Monday to Friday). For order placed on weekend, it may up to 48 hours to update the shipping status. 

Tracking Number: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. You'll receive tracking numbers directly to your email or SMS.

Shipping Fee: $5

Custom Orders
Customization Time: Custom-made items typically require 5–7 business days to be completed. Plz contact customer service to know the specific customization days. 

Shipping Method: We use trusted international couriers such as DHL or FedEx to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Delivery Time (US): Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after package is picked up.

Shipping Availability
We ship to most international locations. If you are unsure whether we ship to your area, please contact us before placing your order.

Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to location, seasonal volume, or customs procedures.
